Here we have the Panzerkampfwagen V ‘Panther’ disguised as an M10 G.M.C., used by the Panzer Brigade 150, as commanded by SS-Standartenführer Otto Skorzeny during Unternehmen Grief.

Plate01: Here is one of the first to be destroyed by Private Francis Currey. Of note is how the sheet-metal used to disguise it has buckled under the strain of the Bazooka round that hit it (the entrance wound is hard to see due to the angle) near Malmedy, Belgium.

Plate02: One of the few remaining Ersatz M10 G.M.C.s that was more or less left intact, as found by the US Army technical staff, which fought around the Warche Bridge area, south-west Malmedy, Belgium.

Plate03: Another shot of an Ersatz M10 G.M.C., of note here is just how far they went to disguise the ten Pz.Kpfw. Vs, such as removal of the commanders cupola, the final drive shape on the front lower bow plate,
